How to use Turmelixir?

Tea: Simplest way to enjoy Turmelixir is to add 1/2 teaspoon of Turmelixir to hot water mix well. Drink every morning to kick start your metabolism.

Golden Latte: 1 teaspoon of Turm Elixir with 2 tbsp of warm water and mix well. Heat & froth milk at @70C and pour onto the paste.

 Dust with cinnamon & sweeten if desired.

Tonic shot: You can enjoy shots with Turmelixir, squeeze of lemon, hot water and a dash of apple cider vinegar for a beautiful glow inside out, balance your PH levels with this alkalising drink.


You can also add it to your favorite recipes –  smoothies, shakes, cold pressed juices, nut milk , desserts, curries and more.


Golden latte/milk is traditionally known as Haldi dhoodh. 
It's loaded with anitoxdiants, much needed to reverse the effects of free radical damage. It's a powerful anti inflammatory and stimulates the disgestive, circulatory and immune systems. 

Here's a simple way of enjoying this traditional drink with our healing blend Turmelixir 

1/2 teaspoon Turmelixir
1 cup milk or mylk 
In a sauce pan add milk and turmelixir and mix well and simmer on medium heat. 
Let it come to a boil and take off heat. Let it sit for a min for flavours to infuse. Pour in your fav mug, sit back and enjoy!
