Summer time is such a wonderful time to enjoy cold driks and balance the Pitta.
Pitta season runs from December to February in Australia. During the summers most of us feel the effects of the increased Pitta in the atmosphere & body. 1 Mango’s pulp
1/2 teaspoon Turmelixir
1/2 teaspoon rose water
Blend all ingredients well, for a smooth creamy Lassi.
